Service may be performed at your home, workplace, or another mutually agreed location within the service area, provided the location is safe and suitable for mobile service.
No. Customers purchase the required materials from PrimeLube Mobile as part of the service, including new oil, a new oil filter, an air filter when selected, and materials required for any add-on service.
PrimeLube Mobile collects and properly disposes of used oil. Our clean-drain system is designed for a controlled, drip-resistant service, and a protective mat is placed beneath the vehicle as an additional precaution.
No. Once draining begins, the removed oil enters a recovery system and may mix with other used oil, so it cannot be returned to your engine. The oil change must be completed with new oil and a new oil filter.
If you paid and PrimeLube Mobile does not provide the service, you will receive a full refund. After the refund is issued, allow approximately 5–7 business days for it to return to the original payment method.
You may delete your account in the PrimeLube Mobile app or call 843-780-1321 to request account deletion.
